We have a cutting capacity of up to 30,000 units per day, backed by processes oriented towards efficiency, control, and fabric optimization. We currently continue to bet on the automation of this area with new investments in automated machinery to keep raising our productivity and precision.

Our facilities have 170 sewing machines of different types and specialties, including straight stitch, overlock, coverstitch, elastic attachers, buttonhole, and button machines. In addition, we have 20 automated machines that allow us to achieve higher levels of precision, efficiency, speed, and competitive costs. Thanks to our infrastructure, automation, and operational experience, we reach a production capacity of over 300,000 garments per month.

We work on printing and embroidery with external workshops that are certified and specialized in export standards, ensuring quality, consistency, and responsiveness.

We develop special washes and finishes for the export market, working with specialized and certified laundries. We offer processes such as chroma dye, vintage wash, dip dye, tie dye, sublime wash, pigments, and natural dyes, both in garment and fabric. Our finishes provide softness, texture, shine, and differentiated effects that elevate the value of each garment, maintaining high standards of quality, fastness, consistency, and compliance.

We have 6 steam machines, an automated folding and bagging machine, reaching a packaging capacity of up to 13,000 pieces per day, ensuring presentation, control, and compliance in every shipment.
